A residential and commercial tower with a two-way-slab concrete structure on plot TS73 of Kish Island, designed under the motto “Living at the top”. The architecture is by Ehsan Raouf and Associates and the client is Ati Sazan Kashane Kish. Site mobilisation began in autumn 2025, followed by the reinforcement and foundations and, that winter, the parking levels. In 2026 work moved on to the lobby and shops, the food-court and pool floors and the mezzanine; the residential floors, the frame and the roof are scheduled for the same year.

The Grand Resort Excelsior is a five-star hotel on Kish Island, facing the Greek Ship beach, officially opened on 14 May 2025 in the presence of the Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts and the head of the Kish Free Zone. From the start of the foundations until 2025, I led the hotel and the Kish Grand Concert Hall as Senior Project Manager and Client's Representative.

From the foundations to the opening — site photos

Phase one and two studies for the Lain–Chapeshlu (70 km), Torbat-e Jam–Bakharz (50 km) and Birjand–Mansurabad (25 km) roads; phase one for the Seh-Rahi Jangal–Jangal road near Torbat-e Heydarieh (50 km); phase one and two for the Ferdows three-way interchange, Boshruyeh and the large Kalavaki river bridge; and phase two for 300 km of rural roads around Torbat-e Heydarieh, Roshtkhar and Zaveh.

Supervision: chief supervising engineer for the rehabilitation and resurfacing of the Torbat-e Jam–Bakharz road and the Sabzevar–Kahak highway; senior supervision of the pavement and structures of the Mashhad northern bypass freeway, controlling eight crushers and four asphalt plants; and more than 3,000 metres of geotechnical drilling across the province.

In Turkmenistan I provided project management for the Archman–Bami road for Pars Energy: checking quantities and construction drawings, scheduling, supplying machinery, labour and materials (bitumen, cement, fuel and steel), controlling finances and applying value engineering, quality control and monthly progress reports.

I have also worked on road projects in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Azerbaijan, in execution and advisory roles — experience that broadened my understanding of different standards, climates and site conditions.

Resident laboratory lead on Bojnurd airport; the Esfarayen–Hokmabad road (55 km); the Bam–Dahaneh Ojagh road (25 km); resurfacing from Chaman Bid to Golestan forest (80 km); section one of the Mashhad–Baghcheh freeway (12 km); and phase one of the Mashhad urban railway, from Ahmadabad square to the end of Vakilabad. Also the Esfarayen seamless pipe plant, and adviser on civil projects for Astan Quds Razavi.

As head of the Mashhad branch I designed and supervised geotechnical studies for the Bojnurd petrochemical plant, the Esfarayen foundry, the Neyshabur power plant, the Mashhad–Bafq and Mashhad–Sarakhs railways and the Mashhad–Baghcheh and Mashhad northern bypass freeways.
